More great results!! Brenda Stricker and Denise Nelson completed their first marathons! And our President Cari Bode, set a new PR of four minutes ! (last one was four long years ago), finally achieving her long-time goal of a 3:30 time; and placed in her age group. Cari reported that Kelowna had ideal race conditions - 8 to 10 degrees, partly cloudy with a light breeze. The marathon course is one of the fastest in Canada, and follows a double loop, running along Okanagan Lake part of the way. Here are the Regina results.
