Congrats to Shaun Hesse of Regina who placed 2nd in the Mens 40 age group in 3:05:56. Also to Derek Burt for his sparkling PR in the half (1:44:53, 46th M30) and Jen Ruland for a strong run after injury (1:45:03, 22nd W30).
