Gopher Attack 2024 Registration IS NOW OPEN >>> 18 Years and Running!
· Registration opened Saturday, January 6, with a two-day Early Bird Discount.
· Race Day – Sunday, April 28-2024.
· Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km & 5km distances.
· Start/Finish in front of the Queen Building (100 Navy Way, Wascana Park).
· There will again be a virtual option, with five distances, including 18km for our 18th anniversary… one fee gets you registered for all five distances.
· In-person participants will receive a finishers medal, a unique Gopher Attack logoed tote/cooler bag , Track & Trail discount and entry for the random prize draw... virtual participants will receive the finishers medal and Track & Trails.
· Marathon Matters club members will receive a $10 discount… annual club membership is only $16.03 and can be purchased at time of registration.
Registration currently as low as $50 for the Marathon & Half Marathon for club members and $60 for non-members… $40 for the 10km & 5km for club members and $50 for non-members. Price increases on February 19th. Virtual registration is $35. Race Packet Pickup: For in-person participants, Queen Building, Saturday 1:00 -5:30 pm. and starting at 7:00 am. Sunday for those from out of town and those that are unable to pick up on the Saturday… we do request that, if possible, you try and pick up your packet on Saturday as it will be busy pre-race. Virtual participants will receive their race packet by mail.
Race start times: Marathon/Half Marathon - 8:00; 5km/10km - 8:30.
The event is a fundraiser for the MS Society of Canada and hosted by Marathon Matters Running Club!
