Wow, Regina had three! athletes at the World Ironman Championships in Kona Hawaii. In his first time facing the world's best, Jim Greenwood placed 185th in the Men's 45 age group, in an impressive time of 11:20:35. Milos Kostic had to show powerful willpower to both enter and finish. It was "mind over knee" to finish, which he did in 16:18:26, giving him 4th in the Men's 75 age group. The top Regina athlete was David Langen, who finished in 10:32:40, good for 149th in M35! Well done, gents!
